It is part of the idea of the “open door” to accommodate and service guest. Here every traveling person can find repose and calmness. We provide ten comfortable rooms (1 to 4 beds and separate bathroom) and a dormitory (for 25 persons). Opening in 21st May 2011 there will be ten further rooms (1 to 3 beds) in the annex to the existing building. All in all there will be 83 beds then.
Guest rooms
Errors and omissions expected. All prices are in Euro. The association of Posticum is not liable to VAT, which is why there will be no further VAT included.
Hotel
Breakfast: 6:00 – 9:00, can be had earlier after consulting the receptionist
The keys should be returned to the reception by 10 a.m.
You can occupy the room when you get the key from the reception but there can be cases when you have to wait until 4 p.m.
Posticum is open every day of the week.
The following table shows the prices of the rooms per night in euros. In the two-bedded rooms, if you prefer, you can have them put together. Breakfast is included in the price.
1 Person per Room - 25 Euro
2 Persons per Room - 40 Euro
3 Persons per Room - 45 Euro
4 Persons per Room - 48 Euro
Reductions
For member of Posticum support group you get 15% off from the prices mentioned above.
For families there is a 10% reduction if you have kids between 0-14 years of age. If your family is in the support group of Posticum you get a reduction of 23.5%.
The profits of the hotel serve for the upkeep and development of our cultural and charity programs.
The main objective of our house is to support christian culture and the christian spirit. That is why the house rules are stricter than in other touristic institutions.
Not only the name of the guesthouse is in Latin but also the name of the rooms in the house. For better orientation in the house of Posticum you can find all the name translated in a special “dictionary” put together by our staff.
